Which is why none of the caps lock key challenged, socialy deficient blubber eaters have stepped forward to volunteer as
Allied command for the Sicily scenario.
Could it be that despite all the rhetoric of "multi-layered" gaming; strategic awareness and mentaly maturity they in fact have to come to realise that it takes more to win a war than a couple of gang bang base capture "misshuns"? and that the real warriors of the virtual skies are the furballers, against whom the Generallisimo's are as milk skinned, doe eyed choirboys awaiting a rude awakening?
Could it be that despite all the protestations of historical interest, interlectual maturity and MA ennui they prefer to hide in the anonymous mass of the MA rather than actualy partake of a war game?
Could it in fact be that the oh-so-superior Generallisimos are in fact no more than pimply no lifer virgins with testacles the size of sultanas and no one to talk to on Squad channel?
You're scared of me. All of you.
Winers.

I believe that the characterization was mean spirited and cruel... and accurate. Nice work lad. the "blubber eating" part cracked me up.

It was the "interlectual" part that caused me to subtract points :)

And the more or less random punctuation.
Or does that add points to a whine?

:confused:Seeker, did you forget to throw some smiley faces into your post, or are you really this worked up about it? This is so out-of-left-field I just can't tell. An amazingly broad brush you're using there to paint all those who want a bit more from Aces High than simple A2A fights. I personally would have loved to volunteer for Allied command (and most know where I stand on the strat issue), but know my schedule wouldn’t have allowed me to give it the attention it deserves. Heck, I don’t even have time to fly in this shindig (first scenario I’ve missed, here or in WarBirds before Aces High went open beta). Frankly, I don’t see the correlation you’re trying to make.
CO in a major event is a time consuming affair, and takes a certain personality type to do it well. My good friend Preon1 knows this, since he was Allied commander during Big Week, as well as being on the command staff for Hostile Shores…and Preon1 is a big proponent of expanding the strat system in the MA game. You seem to be digging pretty deep to find a way to bash others, simply because they don’t share your view of this game. If you’re serious here, then you’ve got personal issues you need to resolve (Prozac is good, I hear:)). If you’re not, than you’re efforts at trolling are clumsy to say the least. You even went to the added effort of posting this in the Strat discussion thread in the Gameplay forum. Sheesh, lighten up dude! No need to get insulting.

Heh heh. Sabre, do you need help pulling the hook out of your stomach? Seeker was trying to shame someone into taking command of the Allied side, I think.

Yeah, as soon as I consume a six-pack, could you pull that sucker out? It's killing me:).

I think that most of the strat guys will post here as soon as they are able to extricate themselves from their petard.
I am going to save that post seeker. Very droll. The contrast between your post and sabre's is classic and defines the differences and the humor (or lack thereof) of both camps.
