It's a III. The road wheels are the clue, since they're a multiple of the mark number (8 pair each side for the Mk IV, 6 pair for the Mk III). This one has six pair each side.

Samm, I do planes too, but since I renamed Name This Plane, Name This, I can do other subjects as well, planes are a big part at least 25% of the subject matter, but I am a WW2 buff not just a plane buff so I can have fun with thanks to if I want:)
