Title: idea for a perk

did you guys ever play mortal kombat? you know how scorpion has that grappling hook move where he grapples you and pulls you in while shouting "Get over here!". Well i think a hook like this woudl be an awesome perk. Basically for like 5 perk points you could grapple a fleeing plane and yank them in so that you may shoot them from close range. It would be very cool.

I think it should be like Super Mario Cart...we can bust a crate and get this little stopwatch power up that freezes your opponent....
