Title: Expressing Opinions without Personal Attacks

I notice this board seems to degenerate into personal attacks on occasion.

People seem to be unable to simply react to postings in an intellectual manner, and instead replys and expressions get emotional and personal.

Everyone should have a right to express a civil opinion here, or make suggestions without being singled out as an individual.

Making it personal is counterproductive and creates a general atmosphere of intolerance for other's ideas.

This is not a good way of maintaining and building a community, or creating ideas for constructive change.
