That my friend is the HMCS St. Boniface, Algerine Class convoy escort. She is fitted out as a convoy escort, with depth charges on the rails right aft, and a depth charge thrower at the forward end of the quarterdeck.  It's similiar to the Bangor class minesweepers.

Crew: 107
Radar: Type 271
Sonar:
Fire Control: none
EW: none
Armament: 1 4" HA single, 4 20mm twin guns, 1 Hedgehog ASW mortar, depth charges
Commissioned: 10/9/43
Paid-Off: 25/9/46  :D

The Algerine Class of ship was a minesweeper but due to a lack of escort vessels (eg Flower class) early in the war were pressed into service as offshore escorts.
