Title: New perk bomber or a perk vehicle

Is there a plan for a new perk bomber in the near future?  and what about a perk vehicle?  At this moment my perk vehicle points and useless-right?

You're correct about vehicle perks being useless right now, however we can only speculate on the appearance of a perk bomber or GV. I mean, that's half the fun is waiting for the new version to come out and waiting to see what planes will be added. I don't think it would be as much fun and exciting without the wait!

There are only 2 bombers that I can imagine as perks that aen't yet in the game, the Mosquito B. Mk XVI and the B-29A Superfortress.

There are many vehicles that could be perked, but I believe that all perk vehicles should be cheap as any Hurri with a bomb can come along and kill you.  Panther V G would be my pick for the first perk vehicle.

I believe I saw HT mention a perk vehicle is in the plans for 1.10
