For any Rush fans who read this board, apparently the title of the upcoming release is Vapo(u)r Trail(s), I'm not sure of the spelling or tense. The first single is reportedly entitled Little Victory and is slated to be released around the second week of April and the full CD is scheduled to be released around May 14th.

Thnx for the info...Should be interesting what material they come up with in light of recent world and personal events.

Thanks for the update on the best band ever.
Hope they move in a good direction, like "MiddleTown Dreams" was to Power Windows, as "Red Barchetta" was to Moving Pictures.
Cheers.

I was a little disappointed with Geddy's solo effort (Alex's was a little better). These guys definately sound better as a group.
Reading the press release below, did I read that right that Test For Echo never went platnium?

PRESS RELEASE:
Atlantic/Anthem recording group Rush has completed recording tracks for their highly anticipated new album. The legendary power trio - Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, and Neal Peart - recently wrapped up recording sessions in Toronto, and are now in the midst of mixing. The album - which is being produced by Rush with engineer Paul Northfield (Marilyn Manson, Hole) - is the Canadian band's 17th studio recording, and their first all-new collection in over 5 years. The as-yet-untitled set is currently slated for an early spring release.
Rush has been among the world's most popular rock bands for more than a quarter century. The trio's 22 albums have all been certified RIAA gold-or-better, with cumulative worldwide sales of over 35 million. Their most recent Atlantic/Anthem releases are 1996's gold-certified TEST FOR ECHO, followed by 1998's gold-certified multi-disc live set, DIFFERENT STAGES.

You watch..This CD will be RUSH at their best...
This is their most anticipated CD ever IMHO...No other band is better at writing topically important music(Neil Young is close though)....and considering the personal termoil Mr. Peart has gone through the last 5 years...It's gonna be another classic...!!
