It is with a sad heart that I inform all of you the following....

7sins(oldcrow) was killed in an auto accident this past week. He was our friend and will be greatly missed.

As any additional information arises, I will post in this thread. Perhaps we can all pass along an email or money or whatever may be needed to offer support for his family.

Mike Walsh (aka 7Sins) was a good friend of mine. As a fellow Canuck, we always flew together and I truely enjoyed our time on-line.

This news is most saddening.   7SinS was truely a kind person, and a great guy.  He will be missed.  

My heart goes out to his family.   God Bless him, and give him the wings only a person like him can wear.

The 412th Braunco Mustangs are in the process of creating a memorial flight.  Time and dates are yet to be determined, once Midnight and the squad agrees on a time and date, we will post it and any interested parties are welcome to join in remeberance of our lost brother....Rest in Peace and god be with you 7

We all lay down the verbal abuses we have said at each other when it comes down to real life situations.  7SinS and I had a few dukes and said a lot to each other, I wish for the best to his family and friends.  He will be missed and I will drink a couple for him, (even though his pony was inferior to my dora ;) ) Or so I led him to believe.   to 7Sins and his squad.  I would gladly join the memorial flight, even if it means switching sides.

I always enjoyed the fights we had, always up front, always a good opponent. It is with a sad heart I hear of this news. I wish my sincerest condolances to his family and friends. He is in a better place now, but we are left behind, that is the part that hurts...

It is always sad when we lose one of our virtual friends.  Even though you never met them, you know you share a particular bond. You cannot fly Aces High without the intrest and respect of WWII aircraft the pilots who flew them.

I remember seeing 7sins online and always wanted to ask him the origin of his callsign, I never did.  

This is truely a terrible event and my thought are on seeing his callsign in the AH skies as I look out of my virtual canopy.

A hearty salute to one of our own!!

7Sins was a truly fun guy to fly with and a heck of a good player.

It's truly a shame that we mostly know the online persona as opposed to the real life human being behind the nick.  Glad I had the opportunity to at least hear his voice having shared an RW chanel at least a couple of times.  

For whatever small comfort there is, I offer my sincere condolences to his family (his brother was online last night but I forgot the Nick) and friends.

I am really sorry to hear that.... having lost my own father in an auto accident, I can understand how his family must be feeling.

He was a great guy and many times his flying in AH has impressed me.

Yet his flying was pale in comparison to what I knew about him as a person through Aces High.

When I heard this news yesterday online, the sadness hit like a brick wall. There's little but emptiness in me now :(

Gear up, bombs hot. It is with sadness I accept that 7sins is flying the final, everlasting sortie.

My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends :(

I can't seem to find the words I want.

This was a class person, a good person, and one I will miss.  I never flew against him, but we always had some real fun tossing about jokes and jabs.  

My heart goes out to the friends and family of this guy.  I hope you that knew him personally wil take this thread and give it to his family.

i didn't know 7sins personally, nor  did i have any chat conversation with him ... but i remember his name due of a duel in which he creamed me pretty well ... followed by a message "good fight" by him.

somehow inhere we are all, with some exeptions, virtual firends living far off from eachother and we have a strong community sense and we know eachother pretty well .. what makes it touching somehow personally when something like that happens

i continue thinking on 7sins ... what happened to him reminds me that virtuality and reality are pretty close.

7Sins, nice High Flight quote VRuth, I love that one. As a cadet at the Air Force Academy I was required to memorize it freshman year, now it has a real life meaning since several cadets here were also killed in car accidents in ther past year and a half. Blue Skies to all.

:(  Im very sad to hear this. I always get upset when I hear of unfortunet endings to good peoples lives. I mean why the heck can't things like this happen to rapest and murderers? Instead they happen to good folk like 7Sins.:mad:
