I sent a message asking for name to be changed back to Beefcake, and less than an hour after I sent the mail it's done. THANK YOU HTC!!!!

Wow, you're lucky.   I asked for them to change my name to J_A_B and over a year later it still isn't :(  

As long as there's air in my lungs I'll keep bringing this up  :)

They don't allow special characters... but is someone using JAB J_A_B?

Hey you 3l337 H4XX0R |)3\/\/|)5 can get your special characters just fine in Quake.  :D

J-A-B,

Once I receive the acknowledgement from you that you understand if you change your game ID you will be unable to transfer the score and perk points from your current handle to your new one, it will be done. (without the special characters)

Thank you very much for posting.  "JAB" would certainly be better than my current ID.  Points of any sort don't concern me so I wouldn't care about losing them (and really I don't have many anyway).

Actually though the ID I really want is "J_A_B", which as noted is not currently available in AH.  I will however continue to lobby HTC to change this for as long as I am here.   Nothing is impossible as long as you BELIEVE  :)    

As my sig says, maybe someday.......
