Hull Letter "PS" unknown. Maybe "Emanuele Pessagno".

Those PoS (Italian ships) were better than the dungheaps the Germans called ships!!!

So basically what you are saying is that the reason the Italian navy in wwii was a joke, was because of the crews then?
