LA 11 ? Came out in 1947-48.
Plane form looks like an FW-190 and in Korea some WWII vets in the USAAF had to rub thier eyes to make sure they weren't "seeing things" :)

Yep Westy you dog....La-11
"The type was designed during WWII and first flew during 1944. It is powered by a 1,850hp ASh-82FN radial engine, and was a notable front line fighter aircraft in its own right during the latter stages of the War. The La-11 was developed from a long line of Lavochkin aircraft each following similar design criteria, but each being refined and improved through the lineage. The La-11 was the last of the line."
