There sure are a lot of errors in the write up.

Where do you see that? On the right sidebar it lists 3/13/2002, and it showed up in my Gamespy daily newsletter on the 14th...

Never seen such horribly packed jpg pictures, they must be extremely low on webspace.

Despite the good rating, the whole review was 'pissed on the run' like the finnish saying goes.
