well ,  in what condition the ack choice the target HTC ?

how about to tell the ack IGNORE target when  < 2 condition , speed, alt >

mean plane who buzin  at 50 to 200 ft at 400 tas and higher speed are ignored or , the lethality vs this targets are  reduced  be 80 % ,90 % ???????????????

 let the ack burn all hower craft above fields :D
