I noticed that b4 patch 1 in my hosted H2H games when the ammo is set to 1x, i had 1000 rounds of ammo, which is what ppl were asking for, and now when i have it set to 1x i get 2000 rounds of 7.9mm and 120 of 20mm....is this supposed ot be right???

That's 1000 rounds per gun. It used to be 500rpg = 1000 total. Someone pointed out that before the engine mount cannon was added, the guns had 1000 rounds each = 2000 total.

ooooooooh, ok i get it
thanks :)

1 thing is, didnt the 109g2 and 109f4 have 200 20mm rounds? i've heard this and it's also this way in Il-2.

neither of them Soviet. 109 F1 and F2 had an MG151/15 (15mm) instead of the hub mounted MG151/20 (20mm) as our 109's do, thus the higher ammo load but far less punch.

but i'm talking about the f-4 and g-2 which had a 20mm mg-151/20 (/20 for reboreded mg-151 from 15 to 20mm) i've heard on several other forums that they actually used 200 rounds on all mg-151s (15 and 20mm versions) in bf-109s until the g6 (when the mg-131 replaced the mg-17 cowl guns taking up more nose space). Il-2 has the Bf-109g-2 with 200rounds in the cowl 20mm.

Cc heard about it too, think it was wrong though, but not sure... will have to check it out some more.

You can find it here (http://www.hitechcreations.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=44503&highlight=how+many+rounds)

I thought this thread was about enough evidence for HTC to up the ammo on G-2 to 200.... guess I was wrong :)
