Title: New player getting I/O error on install

My brother in-law DL'd AH last night.  He was able to get it running the first time he tried, but apparently everything he tried to do would take forever...moving his mouse, clicking between bases etc.  He figured it was a bad load, so he uninstalled and then re-DL'd.  Now he gets an I/O error when he tries to re-install.

Anyone?

He wants to try the game out and doesn't have a joystick at present...so I thought it may be something to do with that.

(I have told him a million times that he is wasting his time without a J/S, but he won't listen...says he will get one if he can get the game to work on his machine.)

Hard to do anything for you Curval without more information

Okay man..thanks.

He is at work right now...I'll tell him to post here later.

I haven't had a chance to even see what he is talking about..he just called me this morning.
