I wish I could get mine to work. It only locks up my computer when I run it. Am I supposed to have AH running in the background or something? Tried everything I can think of including installing DX8.1. All I get is a program window with a distorted picture in the main viewing window and an hour glass mouse cursor. I can't do anything at all till I reboot.  Any ideas guys? I can't get a response in the bug forum.

System Specs:

Intel PIII 933 (Not overclocked)
Abit VH6 MB 133 FSB, 256 megs 133 ram
VisionTek Xtasy 5864 GeForce 2 Ti Video Card 64 meg
Video Driver version 4.13.01.2185 (Came with the card)
Windows 98SE, DX8.1

Do not need AH running in the background.  It is a self running program.  I only got the error message and now that is fixed.  Sorry Mark no can help.  :(

Mark,  Is your desktop in 32-bit True-Color mode?

Hitech has mentioned Film Viewer only works if desktop is at 32-bit.

Tried the 32 bit first, didnt work though it did change the picture somewhat to a larger blocked distorted view, still had to control alt delete to regain control of my puter.

Changed the video drivers to the ver 23.11 ones and that cured it.

Awsome! Love the new viewer.
