Out of all the versions since day 1, one that stands out in my mind was the last time they released a (mostly) effects version. I know it's eye candy, but man I'm looking forward to this.

New "news" via new interview....

"... he (HiTech) starts showing me the stuff that's coming in the next version. The nicest of which was a new secondary explosion of a ground target. Very nifty with little bits of building flying everywhere. Then he shows off the sunset they've been working on. Very pretty, in fact, I was kind of shocked by the attention to detail. He then proceeds to show off the new clouds which still look a little stilted from a distance but once you get close enough they take on a realistic quality around the edges that's quite stunning."

 Definately RAM!!  I can see being tuned with the squad on one VOX channel and your wingman on another. I'm hoping to be able to listen to both at the same time and with yet talk seperately with different key presses.
