I did'nt get Voice in the last patch.  Am running 109 patch 1
There are no buttons in the setup screen for voice on or offline.
There is no new radio buffer in the upper rt of my screen.:confused:

It's built into the program now....
Map keys in Global to transmit channle - your selected channle number

and map Range to another key = you can talk to anyone you have Icon on.

I use "T" and "F12"

You should probably remove the stand alone version.  I think it will cause conflicts if you don't.
