Title: Who has CM privs in Dueling Arena?

Hi,

It seems that the lethality in the DA is lowered since the 1.09 patch, can someone go in there and put the settings back to default?

Also this would be nice,

Set time to always be 12:00, so that people don't have to fight during sunset or night.

Settings are back to normal.

Not quite normal yet.  All of the new planes are disabled (Spit 1, Hurri 1, 110, etc.), and external view is enabled in the Dueling Arena.
