Title: avg. time for email reply?

i sent an email to billing@hitechcreations.com about a week ago but have yet to recieve a reply. i was wonder how long it usually takes them to reply. Im aware they must get hundreds of emails and im kinda anxious since i would like to join the main arena as soon as possible. I emailed them from a hotmail account so i dont think they would have blocked them out too.

If it was blocked you would have gotten an email back showing that it was.

As far as time to response, I cannot comment as I do not work for HTC.

All e-mails sent to billing@hitechcreations.com have been responded to. If you have not received a response, please resend your e-mail so that we can address the issue as to why you are unable to access Aces High.
