Well it is a mine clearing Vehical, but I think it is missing the back half, I have seen picks of a similar one that was articulated the back being the power plant, but the name excapes me.

Right, csthor.

It isn't missing anything...there is third track on rear side which you can not see in this picture.

Btw it has PzKpfw 1 turret. :)
