Assume that 200 points for a full up Me262 is fair and equitable and balances play.
What if we perked the bullets? 100 points gets you a 262 with half the ammo load.. 20 points gets you 10%, etc.
Likewise... 30 points gets you half the ammo load on the SpitXIV and 6 points gets you 10%.

i assume you aint got many perks? :D
guess it could work.after all the only danger is the bullets. However a good pilot could use 1/10th of the bullets a newbie would use and so again it would favour the old vets but then again what doesnt? :D
nice idea even though at first i had to hold back a giggle ;)
what id like to see is planes costing what they do now BUT when shot down you only lose 30% of the perks.
e.g you lose a me262 and you lose @66 perks.
What we have then is a punishment that means (if you only had 200 perks ) it would stop you upping immediately again but at least its not another 3 months before you get another chance to fly one.And it wouldnt be HALF as depressing when you disco or crash on take off.
what do you think?

Sand, great idea! Really nice one, I like it! But may be it will work even better some other way; for example, for 20 perks you get left wing of 262, for 40 -- both wings, and 100 gives you wings, and tail.
Shall be nice, just imagine comments on vox like "Watch it, 262 tail and left gear on your 6" :)

I had a toejameload before I changed my game ID... Now, I've just enough to get in a couple of unsuccessful jet rides. Not that it matters, I usually don't fly perkies anyway...
