I just installed Windows XP Pro and I'm having problems with my CH hardware. I have a complete CH setup but it's all analog, not USB. Windows is no longer offering a CH selection in the Control Panel for my joysticks and when I use the generic 6 button selection it works for the Stick and Peddles but NOT the Throttle.
It shows the Throttle on the setup screen but does not reconize any inputs.
I've tried to find XP/CH drivers but there don't seem to be any
Thanks in advance.....

Right clicking the CH exe or dll file and choosing run in Win98 compatibility mode?
AFAIK a lot of people are having problems with XP and CH, the work around might do it.

Hi
I think Weazel is right. I tried everything I could imagine to get my CH gear (F-16 combatstick, CH-Throttle and CH-Pro pedals) work in Win2kPro (not so different to XP). It just don't work. I had to install Win98SE just to get my CH programmed. After programming CH gear work normally in Win2kPro, but every now and then it looses its setup and I have to programm it again in Win98SE.
I have F-16 combatstick and I had to put in "6-button joystick with 2 hats" (or something like that).

XP sucks, haven't you found that out already? :)

i don't have the throttle so this might not be relivant to you.
but i loaded my stick and pedals under 'thrustmaster flight control system', it doesn't seem to care that they are CH

I have no problems running xp and my ch throttle pedals and stick. The only difference on the set up is the install method.Remove the control manager from your setup as to make sure there is no previous version on your system also make sure you have the latest control manager software available from ch at http://www.chproducts.com.
Now make sure that your pedals stick and throttle are plugged into your system before you install the control manager software. With win 98 you had to have them removed with xp they must be installed.
Install the software.
Map your devices and away you go.
