In the daytime, it's impossible to see where your 37mm rounds are going. They are coloured pale yellow, and must be observed against a light blue sky. Surely we should be able to vary the colour? I would make them black during the day, and yellow at night.

why?
-
If you are shooting at someting and can barely make out where the rounds fall, the chances are that you are:
a) shooting at a distance you should not
b) don't know how to use the zoom features for GVs or Gunner positions properly.
I suggest you try a bit more practice with accurate artillery fire.

Didn't germans use green tracers in ww2?
-
you should be much more evil and turn off tracers all together
-
concho -
why?
What do you mean? I've just said why.
Kweassa. Hmm, I didn't say I couldn't hit things. Indeed, I got as high as Victory 18 manning the Field gun. Admittedly, the victims were mainly N1K dweebs who had flown in to vulch. I do feel that a 37mm round egressing into the distance during the daytime would look like a black dot in real life, and not a yellow one. I have been using the zoom features. I guess you're not as smart as you thought you were.

Then
why
are
you
complaining?
-
The reason i ask why is that this is a sim. IRL tracers are hard to see during the day too...
-
Kweassa! You jump to conclusions!
I
am
not
complaining!!!
In AH, it's possible to vary the colour of both friendly and adversary. In some games, you can choose your own tracer colours. I thought it would be a good idea for AH too.
