Hi Tech's guidelines stat eI should post tech questions here, yet my first post went unanswered...
I will try a second time:
I keep getting disconnected from the server before I can even take off.
I ran a trace route and this is what I got (the values are an average of 20 traces):
1. 64.219.99.229
163
2. 64.219.99.254
164
3. 64.217.184.37
185
4. 151.164.175.225
192
5. 151.164.242.169
195
6. 144.223.78.165
197
7. 144.232.11.9
198
8. 144.232.8.214
212
9. 129.250.31.58
207
10. 129.250.31.61
207
11. 157.238.224.122
292
12. 206.50.88.141
295
I'm using PingPlotter and show no packet loss; however, 11 and 12 often go well over 300, sometimes hitting 400-450.
Can anything be done? I would hate for my two week free period to be nothing but boots within 1-2 minutes of logging on everytime = (

you should call HTC and have them help you out over the phone. Their customer service is first rate and don't be surprised if it's HiTech himself helping you out.
Ack-Ack

Save it as an image and send it to support@hitechcreations.com

Yes. I am talking to them via e-mail now and have sent them an image of the plot. =)

Well....technically your typing to them. Talk and type are two different animals. And you sent one ping and not a history of your pings, again different things.
Do you have a firewall or anything else going on in the background?

OOPS - I see it is the average of 20 hops, still a short history though.
