Is there a place i can go besides the game to see the current list of perk planes and there cost?

don't think so... but it's possible that someone created this kind of webpage :) it's really easy to do... perk planes list and it's are *stable* values and not changing every week. if you need it - do it yourself (upgrading this list would be easy tho). if you can't do it for some reason, but it's important for you - e-mail me - i'll do it
