Title: Anyone interested?

Like everyone else that plays AH, we all hit a a time where we get tired of the same ol' same ol'. So, I have 2 maps I have been designing ( mainly H2H)

1: an obstical course, None like you've ever seen.
8 runways each flyer gets his own runway and start at the same time.( runways are laid out next to each other).

the first obstical you MUST past threw a hanger. You MUST, theres no other way around. next obstical theres 5 hangers, then 3 then 1, now 8 planes MUST pass threw them. BTW the hangers are NOT on the ground and NOT lined up, there alot of twisting and turning and I doubt all 8 planes cross the finish line. Theres noway above the course, Clouds and hi winds and ack see to this. Theres also plenty of turns/ climbs and obsticals along the way. Oh, forgot to meantion Collisions are ON!!!  Oh, some obsticals force you to go threw them in a knife edge. This map is not for the weak, but will definately help you learn to fly your ride better.
Lets see how you compare against other people and different rides. this is definately 10% plane and 90% pilot:)

You can choose your ride or select to ALL fly the same plane.

Sofar, i'm putting finishing touches on the map.

This is alot of fun.

2: a small GV fight, it is 1 feild  against another, also nothing like is seen. each feild is seperated by a Bridge.
The map is small and  needs to be since I hand placed many of the trees and the editor caps out at 10,000 objects.
This map is the taking of a bridge ( yes the one you seen in Hblairs movie. The trees you all know are collidable and in a GV they really hide GV's Verses GV's. All I can say is this one is time consuming and sofar it's AWSOME!  it really immurses you into the game and you'll get lost in the forest,, flanking out flanking comms will have a major role in the map. Unfortunaly they will be only be usable for H2h, but once done they will be a great addition for private squad nights and practices. Sort of like a "capture the flag" there is a city at each end of the bridge so fighting within the city will also be there.

I know this is not the right forum ,but just wanted to share.

Can you add in a few shore batteries?

H2H is great for training sessions, but very, very few maps have shore batteries, and it would be nice to have some on a map small enough to email.

No shore batts for the obstical course. I am using my old "raceway" map and converting it for the course. The first leg is done, I'm adding towers along the route for those that crash early and want to watch the rest of the race, sort of like the CM's eye.

The Other map (GV fight) has shore batts and a few surprises.

hey.. maybe stick a few mannable SB's in at key turns.. that way whoever augers out early has a chance to 'play' still. it'd take a heluva lucky shot to hit anything, but think of the sweat factor for the pilots and view for the gunner!
