does anybody have a list of OBJ values for hangars, fuel tanks, and barracks ect...?

OBJ value is assigned to planes.  Is it assigned to ground objects as well?

Good question.  

I assume each ground target has its own OBJ value for the perk point system.

I'm looking for this very same thing: the perk point and general bombing point value for ground targs.
