I was thinking of a spectacular what if map for a CT set up and i searched the web for a map that might help me find just what i wanted.
Well i came up trumps with this one!!
I wanted to propose a 'what if we never dropped the atomic bomb' setup and try to re enact the invasion of Japan.
well look at the map i found! its actually macArthurs plans for the final landing!
unfortunately its too big for attachment so ill post on my webpage and link it if i can ....

ok this isnt great but its a thumbnail of the bigger map that can be found here, along with many other great possible maps for future setups.

also for those CMs who are more interested in this theatre which I have to admit, isnt my personal favourite as i fly LW, look closer on the webpage i give above at the Bataan map!!!
this one could be a corker!
although large it has several choke points.Look at that fantastic narrow valley!! even with small numbers online this could well be workable as all forces are concentrated in that valley and along the shores.Perfect for CV's, seaborne landings and land battles along the relatively flat coast.
also with the two opposing sided on either side there is always ways for a small number to hold off larger attacks merely by defending the valley and coast.what do you think?
