Title: Spread out GV and PT spawn pionts

It gets kind of stupid, those willing to re-spawn and die so many times over and over again.  It gets kind of stupid for those doing alll the killing also.

I am not talking about spreading out the spawn points where a group can not start a mission together.  Just spread them out enough to limit the dweebyness.
