Title: Who wins in this case?
Post by: Tub-o-lard on April 09, 2002, 01:10:14 AM
Last Sunday night (australian time) I was playing when the Baltic map was won. Bishops had 33 fields, Knights had 2 fields, and Rooks had 34 fields.

Bishops captured a Knight field and the map reset. My question is who won, since the score would have been Bishops - 34, Knights - 2, Rooks - 34. Was it Bishops or Rooks or a draw?

I was there when it happened. In this situation the bishops won because at the point of winning both rooks and bishs were even, but bishops captured the last field. In the case of being even, the team to make the most recent capture wins.

In the event of a tie, the team who captured that last base (to reset) wins

Also, the HOST will give a message 'Bishops have won the war', in this case, and give a time for the terrain change. Those messages will most likely scroll by quickly because of all the chatter after one side wins, so you may have to catch it fast.
