Title: perk eny adjustment is helping thx pyro

still see a lot of the regular uber planes but the lesser planes are being seen more than they used to and even die hard p38 dweebs are flying the f4u1 :)

3 exceptions to this improvement are the fw190f8 and the 110g2 and spit XIV

the fw190f8 is never seen and should be given a very high eny in the 40-50 range

110g2 is slowly losing its popularity and should be increased to the 30-40 eny range like the mossie before its crowd following disperses.


spitxiv has a horrible k/d and needs to be a cheap perk. its just not as dangerous as everyone thought compared to la7s

also note the hurricane 2 has a better k/d and more usage than the spitXIV :)
