Can the ships get a damage status report (control D) like the aircraft and ground vehicles? Would be useful to know how seriously ships are damaged.
Even something as basic as bomb or torpedo icons, one for each degree of damage (e.g., eight 1k bomb symbols for cv) would provide a better feel for battle status.
In the future previous ideas like smoke and ship listing to side and other degradations will be great, but overall battle damage report still would be helpful.
If nothing else, a damage thermometer from zero to fatal would improve perspective. Thanks.
