Title: Program GV throttle to throttle on stick ?

Does anyone know if or how you could program the throttle on a GV to the throttle on the joystick ?

Pushing forward on the joystick gets real old.

I have a MS Sidewinder Precision Pro.

Unfortunately, it seems not; Zeb and I have asked about using other controllers in a similar way.  What I would like to see is something similar to what they have on WWIIOL, where each vehicle can have keys mapped out independently, including the ability to use a throttle as a throttle....  :)
