Soviet KV-2
Crew, men 6
Armament 1 x 152 mm M-10 model 1938/1940 howitzer,
3 x 7,62 mm DT machine gun
Total number produced about 334

I made a mistake and called it a KV-1 first. :D

There is an interesting (and true!) story where a single KV2 held up an entire German army.

Do you know how big a German army was? The 6th Army at Stalingrad was  +>500,000 men.  For sure local attacks were held up but not any army.

I think I know what he talking about, I have it in one of my book's I will look it up......

 Osprey-Vanguard # 24

  Soviet Heavy Tanks...

   P.11

A lone KV-2 held off repeated attacks by the 6th Panzer Div. Near the Rasyeinyia crosroads in Lithuania. Aparentaly the tank was in a prime spot to interdice the crosroads.
