'Tis my Revell-Monogram Me-410 B-1 model. HTC: I can GUARANTEE you that this plane will see PLENTY of use, provided u include plenty of armament options!

Yeah man, I'm sure lots of people are going to want to fly little red Xs around.

LOL, SW :)

i will be satisfied when i can place my luxury arse in a me262 from vers 1.8 on! dont disapoint me on this case htc.
anyone of you know the new planes of 1.8 vers?
p.s. the arado 234 and the me262 use same engines. so htc cant say new engine modeling is to expensive. ;)

A ME262 would HAVE to be perked, and I don't have any points, so no 262 for you.
All Jap bombers, the B29, and I hope the Stuka with uber back gunner like the B17's do now.
-
Wait, the Stuka is German, we have like 57 of those planes, and a B29 would be perked too...
How about some more twin engine fighters? Ah ha! The Mosquito.
-
Twin engine fighters? I agree Creamo, that would be um.... the Dornier Do 335 :D

lol.. I WANT MY P-38 FIXED!! :) :) :) :) :)
-
Mosquito would be sweet. it has been a favourite plane of mine for a long time.
I'm a LW, so I wouldn't fly it, but I love the way the wood burns :)
-
I having nothing to add here except that StSanta is a weenie, but its good to see him flying Rook :)
I plane I would like to see, but I know it would get eaten alive in the MA is the He-111. Talk about beautiful!

Yeah, it should go down like a campfire!
They might have to model it like some of the planes tht really catch fire bigtime, as I notice some burn real nice, others kinda smoke and then go boom.
Maybe a newbe would hold still for you to see it.

Stuka!
-
lazer, I love you man! ;)
Anyone have a pic of the plane he was saying? Never heard of it.
-
Westland Whirlwind!
Now *there's* a two engined fighter for ya!
-
Mossie sounds good, but will it survive? In ww2 it could because of its speed. 190s and 109s had hard time to even try to catch it.
-
No, it won't have an easy time surviving. That goes for both the Me410 and the Mosquito, and I want both.
The Mosquito FB.VI does about 345mph on the deck, where it did most of its operations, and peaks at 380mph at 13,000ft.
When you compare that to our 1943 German aircraft you can see that they could have trouble catching it. But in AH you will most likely run into Bf109G-10s and Fw190D-9s (if you run into its historical opposition), both of which were rare for the Mosquito to encounter in reality. The Bf109G-10 and Fw190D-9 will both easily run the Mosquito down and kill it, and that's saying nothing of the P-51, P-47, F4U, Yak-9U, La-5FN, La-7 and Typhoon that it never had to deal with.
-
Couldn't agree more Karnak! After seeing a special about the Mosquito on the History Channel, I instantly fell in love. :D This is exactly the kind of A/C I want! NOE wavetop missions to drop ord on target and get the hell outta dodge is my definition of fun!

Octavius,
Was that the "Greatest Raids" show last Friday?
Here, read this as well:
Mosquito Action #1: Operation Carthage (http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=010161)

i built that model too. it is huge compared to the others i have- it was a big plane.
-
The way you say it, and it is true, the mossie will get slaughtered in AH and be of no real use. Sad tough, would be nice to bomb a airfield, then use rockets, then come low with 4 x 20mm and 4 x .303. But if HTC decideds to do something with nightfighters this plane has to be included.
-
pdog_109,
I disagree. The Mosquito and Me410 will be hard to use, but certainly not useless.
The AH planeset is at a point where we can't expect every new addition to get 5,000+ kills per tour. There are a very limited number of aircraft that might fall into that category, and they are nearly all posssible perks or definate perks.
A7M2 Reppu
Ki84 Ib Hayate
Spitfire LF.MkIX
Spitfire MkXIV
Meteor F.MkIII
F4U-4 Corsair
F7F Tigercat
F8F Bearcat
P-47M Tunderbolt
P-51H Mustang
P-80A Shooting Star
Do335 Arrow
He162A Salamander
Me262A Swalbe
What you notice about that list is that they are all superplanes, except the Spit LF.IX which is simply a near perfect fit for the play style of the MA.
The Yak-3 with the VK-105 engine is probably the only unit I can think of that won't stand a very good chance of being perked and also stand a chance of being in the top 10 killers.
The jist of what I'm getting at is that adding things like the Mosquito, Me410 and P1Y1 that won't see tremendous use is ok at this point, in fact it is nearly required if new aircraft are to be added.

Yak3 will be perked when it make it here. Though I may be wrong again, I could bet that la7 would be a perk plane, but for some unknown reason it is not.
The plane I want to see in this game asap is stuka. It is not an MA plane, but it is a hugely important scenario plane.
