It's a Polikarpov I-153 flown by the fomer USSR. And was a great plane to fly from what I've read.

I-153 hed retractable landing gears; This one has solid = I-15 or I-15Bis

uups I-15bis had straight upper wing when this one has "gull wing"; I-15 it is.

Errr.. So your right I didn't even look at the gear lol!! 15 it is..
