Please, anybody help!

When I try to start the game, even with the default video options, it appears a white screen and a strange shape in the left corner... what's up? How do I solve it?

delete your video.cfg file in the HTC directory and try setting it as 16 color and lower res next time

also if you post ur system specs, it'd help others help you

I've got a k6 II 500 4 megs video on board, 92 megs ram
directx 8.1

Uhmmm. if your video card only has 4MBytes of RAM, AH may not run at all.  I believe the current low end specs require 16MBytes or video RAM.

Buy a new video card.

At least a Geforce 2 MX...

Definately get a new card  !!!! I put together an older comp.
for a friend to play on and it's only a P400 (oc'd to 450) but it has
a voodoo 3000 with 16onboard and it runs fine. Has a slight half sec freeze every once in awhile but works fine...
If getting a faster comp isnt in the budget.. get a good or great video card and you'll be set... some of the older better cards are real cheap now.. for instance the voodoo 3000 that I spoke of
you can find online used-20.00 new-40.00....and it goes up from their as you prob already know
