Title: I would like to see...

-  a system message on country channel like:  
    "So-in-So has posted a mission.  Start time: 4 min."

-  a capture message change to include recognition for the goon:
   "Field X captured by So-in-So for the Bishops."

1)  Yes! Great idea.

2)  no, I disagree.  Field capture is a team effort and credit should be given to the country as a whole with the current setup... "Field X has been captured by the Blah".

Of course you're right, but I feel for those goons.  Its an often tedious and thankless job.  They don't get the chance to blow stuff up and get kill messages like fighters.  It'd be a small consession to the guys that are really the linch pin of the field capture.  

Those poor guys die like flys.  I know I luv killin them. :cool:

I suppose you're right.. would this credit go to the capturing country or to the 'world'?

Yes I like them, now also make other kill messages WB style:

PlayerX was shot down by playerY of the 'lame n1kdweeb squad'


That way we can all have fun seeing the newbie get vulched by the top10 ranked player over and over again. Probably we could even privmsg him and tell it's not such a good idea to spawn over and over again in that spot.
