Title: Can Rec but not Trans on Vox
Post by: usarmy on April 18, 2002, 06:46:38 PM
I can receive very well using AHVox, but I can't transmit. People say they can hear the clicks, but no voice. I have all the volumes turned up. My soundcard is a Soundblaster Live 5.1, and I use WinME.

Have the same problem and i have discovered its affected by CDR copying or seems to be.
Everytime i have "backed up" a CDR it stops transmit from working. If i go into multimedia properties and check/ adjust Mic settings AHV transmits ok again.
Or at  least seems to so far.

I had to select microphone under record control in the control panel. It was set to CD Audio for some reason! :D

Glad you got it sorted!  :D Sorry I couldn't help in the MA last night.  I could see you were transmitting by your name appearing in the top right corner, but heard nothing.
