My question is, having such a FAT target, how'd he managed to hit the head?

Wow, that is bad.  Bowhunting is a dangerous sport.. I personally know someone who was killed in an accident in my hometown.

He's fortunate it was a 3-blade, had it been a two-blade, it most likely would have passed right thru.

I'm fixing a hole where the rain gets in
And stops my mind from wandering where it will go
. . .
I'm painting the room in a colorful way
And when my mind is wandering. . . there I will go
And it really doesn't matter if I'm wrong, I'm right
Where I belong I'm right
Where I belong

ok look at the 2nd pic of the dude w/ the arrow.  I see 4 blades on that arrow head.

Now look at the last pic of the bit of skull.  There are only 3 blads on that arrow head

Also on the 2nd pic the arrowhead is completely lodged into the bone while in the last pic with a bit of a skull the arrowhead is only lodged half-way in - unless skin on his skull is over half an inch thick...

Yeah... had me wondering as well... I also thought that the picture on the back of his head was 4 blades instead of 3.

The depth could be explained if they were unable to pull the blade out any farther than they did.

Dunno... the first two certainly look authentic.
