Wasn't it just a couple of months ago that some democrat was spouting off that Bush's team had lied about the vandalism? I remember somebody here saying that. Well......
everything about Clinton is dirty. what a f__king scumbag we had in that historic building for 8 years :( I hope they can arrest or fine people for the vandalism.

... the same guys that pay $200 for a hammer.
If they simply paid list on a Microsoft Natural Pro keyboard it'd be $75 each board.

Doesn't the government (more so the military) do this type of accounting to hide black-projects? Pay a whole lot of money for a toilet seat on the books when in fact most of that expenditure is going for the XF-149b-1x?

From the same article:
"The condition of the real property was consistent with what we would expect to encounter when tenants vacate office space after an extended occupancy," the GSA said in a statement.
The White House had little comment yesterday on the matter. "We've put this behind us. We've considered it closed for over a year," said Bush spokeswoman Anne Womack.
What the new report says depends on which side you ask. One former Clinton official who has seen the report said the evidence supports their position: There was no widespread vandalism at the White House, as Bush administration officials have charged.
Paid $200,000 to investigate another Clinton issue. When will the GOP learn?

When will THEY ever learn?
No respect for ANYTHING. That's my lingering memory of the Bill years.

$66 for a keydoard is quite cheap.
I wonder how much my DEC kbd from Alpha server costs. Good IBM/Lexmark or Cherry kbd is around $100, and people buy them, especially after they kill 5 cheap "firewood" (drova) chineese keyboards in 2 months.
