Looks like a Piaggio P-108 or what ever that was.

Yes its P108 only Italian four engine heavy bomber but unfortunately whole plane was failure. :o

What makes you think so?
It had quite good payload, pretty nice defensive armament etc.

Looks like Piaggio P.XII RC35 engines were having malfunctions because of manufacturing quality but I wouldn't say whole plane was a failure.

Well, P108 got quite good payload, pretty nice defensive armament blaa blaa blaa... but plane suffered from mecanical faults and was far from reliable. Thus many planes were lost during service and missions.

Those two turrets housed two 12,7mm? machine guns each and were electrically controlled by the gunners. Very intresting design, if i remember right one german prototype bomber got similar solution.
