In early 90-s Yeltsin's administration declared that Russian missiles are no longer aimed at the targets in the US.

But I was 100% sure they were re-aimed after the NATO agression against Yugoslavia. There must be some way to stop international terrorists.

Yeah live in a N.B.C (nuclear,biological,chimical) safe have and have hundreds of high capacity warheads pointed at you. They couldnt take a difect hit so i'll stick to abov ground please.:p

You really think your incompetent drunken corrupt missile troops could get a salvo off before we turned your godforsaken armpit of a country into a glowing glass parking lot?  And that's assuming your outdated and insecure C3 systems actually work and that your maintenance troops haven't sold all the important missile bits on the black market to buy bread, vodka, blue jeans, and some nylons for their mistresses.
