I was looking for myself, and found some real good ACM information on the web.  Posted for whoever might find it useful:

Just bought that book 2 weeks ago.. Good Read.. Kinda technical but you get it.

Glad I'm scappin' together the cash to go, I may hafta buy the book just ta have him sign it.

'sides it couldn't hurt for me to read it, mebbe learn sumthin' about ACM/BFM, insteada cyber-flyin' by the seat o my pants.
