Title: Download problem

I have downloaded the program to my machine.  When I attempt to open the program I get the error message "Unable to install program. CRC parameter not correct" AAAAAAHHhhhh! This has happened over and over again every time I download.  Is it my breath? I am suffering such bad withdrawal symptoms that it's affecting my marital responsibilities! Help! I have money - just please help me get back flying again!:(

It looks like a problem with corrupted file. I bet you downloading it from HTC website (all over again). Probably file is ok here...
If you are using some download manager (DAP, Getright, Go!zilla) try to d/l file without it or opposite if you don't using download manager.
You can allways change "mirror" and d/l it from different site.

If you are using AOL you will need to log on as normal. Minimize AOL and open internet explorer. Download the program through internet explorer and you will be able to install the program.
Let us know if you still have the issue.
