So to recap...the score after frame one of Raid to Norway is:

Allies - 1050
Axis - 750

frame 2

allies - 1,652.50
axis -1 ,183.50

frame 3

allies - 570.25
axis - 1,277

total

allies - 3272.75
axis - 3210.5

62.25 difference

close one :)

(i take it that frame 3 scores are final???)

Yep...the scores are final.  I guess the scores from frame 1 after the logs got lost :) were a pretty good estimation.
