Got a new prob with my Cougar, see if anyone else has encountered it and found a fix.
A slow movement of the joystick to the left (x axis, roll) yields a sharp spike and the stick won't return to center. It acts perfectly on a movement to the right.
The Y axis or pitch has the same problem when pushed forward slowly. It spikes and then doesn't return to center. Pulling back on this axis yields perfect performance.
I've tried all manner of adjustments in both the Cougar Panel and within the AH setup and nothing has any effect.
Gunnery is difficult :) with th stick actin up like this.

Not had this happen to me very odd. Have you flashed your Cougar with the latest 1.05 bios? also I know you've been trying different deadbands etc...where have you made these changes? to the CCP or AH? might be worth checking one is not conflicting with the other. Try setting the CCP settings back to default and give that a go. Also open up your windows game controller control panel and move the stick around and see if it mimics this spike, then try the same in AH.
