Title: How Many Mem Sticks?

for the same quantity of mem, wood it be better to always use only a single stick or fill ea bank with a stick?

Some say two are better for a couple of reasons:

1. Two sticks can be interleaved which theoretically allows faster access.

2. If one stick has a problem you can troubleshoot by simply trying one at a time.

Can only confirm number 2.
