Are you using Windows XP? And is your gear USB?

win98 version 4.10...the J/S are gameports plugins.

Ok....as per Ch Products help, try a cold boot.
Reboot your system, and as you do,hold the three throttle buttons in for three seconds as it starts....then release them.
See if Speedkeys will recognize your stick after that.

Hiya JAZBO,
I saw yur post and checked into it..
this is from the CH tech support website.....
Speedkeys will only work with the CH Pro Throttle and the CH F-16 Fighterstick. The CH Throttle must use throttle.exe for use in programming its buttons. As of today, there are no plans on making a Windows based utility for programming the CH Throttle.
Source from CH website (http://www.chproducts.com/fom/cache/70.html)
Throttle.exe download (http://ftp://ftp.chproducts.com/pub/CHThrot.exe)

Spent a little time on the phone with CH tech support weenie today myself. My Pro Throttle quit. They told me that I need USB stuff as the MB gameport is choking my input, that the original stuff (pre USB) was only upgraged to 100mhz bus speed at best, and I am running much higher with new system.
hmmm, now contemplating about $300 worth of stuff. bummer.
I really like the CH stuff, but hate to drop those bucks after just building up a new system a month ago.

Dago, can you say "Thrustmaster Cougar HOTAS"?
I knew you could!
I just wish I could use your excuse to justify it to the wife when mine arrives. :)
